229 – Love Thy Neighbour

Poem number 229
.
Love Thy Neighbour
.
Long haired layabouts next door
With music on at ten past four
I want to sleep, they want to rave
I might as well get up and shave
The dawn is just an hour ahead
So no point now in staying in bed
I’ll get revenge, I’ll make them pay
They like to sleep during the day
I’m going to hire a JCB
To dig my drive from 9 ’til 3
They’ll get no sleep, no not a wink
That’s Set and Match to me I think!
