351 – The Lemon Headed Trouser snake

Poem number 351
.
The Lemon Headed Trouser Snake
.
The Lemon Headed Trouser Snake
Goes forth with tongue in cheek
Hissing at the gullible
And laughing at the weak
.
The Lemon Headed Trouser Snake
Is stealthy, and it’s sly
It has a knowing sparkle
In its single working eye
.
The Lemon Headed Trouser Snake
Alas, is very rare
There’s one at Cardiff Central
And there’s one in Leicester Square
.
The Lemon Headed Trouser Snake
Will soon be off the grid
So be a dear and catch one
And I’ll pay you fifty quid.
